Ownership and IP

Your content.
Your IP.
In writing.

Neyra is built for studios that have to clear chain-of-title with networks, broadcasters and financiers. Ownership and rights are spelled out in the license — never inferred, never bundled into a click-through.

You own every frame

Across Studio Seat, Project and Catalog licenses, the client owns 100% of the finished assets — scripts, shots, audio, masters. Neyra retains rights only to the underlying agent technology.

Your own model, your IP

On commercial licenses we can fine-tune a private model on your footage, brand and style. That Custom Model — and everything it generates — is owned by you, kept isolated, and never used to serve another customer.

Signed, scoped, auditable

Every license is governed by a written agreement (MSA plus license schedule). NDA standard. Audit logs and asset lineage are available on Catalog and Co-Production tiers.

Distribution rights, spelled out

Theatrical, streaming, broadcast, FAST, social, brand — each window is named in the agreement. No grey areas, no surprise reclassifications.

IP Legal Readiness

Built to pass a studio legal review

Our IP, copyright and chain-of-title language is written for the people who actually clear films for distribution — production counsel, E&O underwriters and studio legal teams.

Frequently asked

The questions every studio asks first.

Studio licensing requires written chain-of-title, distribution windows and brand-safety clearance. Click-through subscriptions can't deliver that. Every Neyra engagement is signed and scoped.
